I bought this monitor 6 months ago. It worked great and did the job. The monitor needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty so I contacted them, half expecting it to be hard or difficult as some experiences have been with companies. This company really has great customer service. I chatted with them through a couple emails and boom, they had a new monitor sent to me with in a few days. I was really impressed. They are nice and eager to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone. It really works well in addition to the great customer service. Clear image, great sound, good reception as well. Thank you Kawa!

This monitor is great for in house monitoring. Picture quality is good but not great , and mine broke after 8 months. It wouldn’t hold a charge and the screen would start flashing and just turn off. It wasn’t until I could hear her screaming that I realized it was broken.

This baby monitor works so well and with a long time in the power. The voice sounds pretty good. The night vision is clear too. recommend.

Note Review Edited: Purchased this in July and it worked great until about a month ago. In the last month the monitor continues to beep alert and display that the camera is out of range. We have tried repositioning it and moving it closer, but no matter it continues to beep and alert us it is out of range. We can not find anything about how to fix this issue in the manual or online and we have contacted customer service but have yet to receive a response. Customer service reached out to me and assisted in helping to fix the issue which could not be fixed on my device but offered and followed through on sending a new one. We have received the new video monitor and set it up and so far it is working great.

I can check my kids all time when they in room alone and I need go to another room or when they sleep.

I purchased this for my daughter a few months ago and it just stopped working. It would have been a great camera had it worked for a bit longer. Update: I was contacted by customer service after posting my review and was told that they would be able to send me a new monitor and camera for free. They were very helpful and the process was ve tu easy. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. :)

We are using this monitor to take care of our small baby every day after she fall asleep. I am impressed that the image quality is so good. We can see her clearly even in a dark room at night (see the image), which is very useful for us. The monitor also alerts us when she is crying, so that we can response in time. Due to the long battery life, we can use it for almost a whole day without charge, and take it to walk around. Thanks to this monitor, we can always accompany our baby even when we are in different rooms. Currently we dont use the voice function very much because our baby is still small. Hope this function also impress me in future.

This baby camera exceeds my expectations. It has so many customizable features. I purchased the additional camera and the set up is extremely easy. The battery life is very long. I have the used monitor well over 8 hours without having to recharge it. I did have an issue where the camera blackout. I reached out to customer service and they immediately resolved my issue and sent me a brand new camera and monitor. I am really impressed with their level of service. I love how I can set the monitor to switch between cameras every few seconds or use a split screen. The night vision is top notch and the clarity is amazing. I will be purchasing this camera for future baby shower gifts.
