I could do without the nasty fluff in the middle that my hamster would probably choke on but these tubes have been invaluable in our critter ecosystems. I also recommend shipping tubes.

My guinea pig loves this. He runs around it and in it. Gives him something else to do :)

My concern at ordering was that this wouldnt fit my large, male rat. I shouldnt have worried about that, its got a huge diameter. The length is a little shorter than Id hoped or realized, and its a bit wider than I think my rats care for. The fluff inside made a huge mess in their cage, and they didnt even like it (did not use it for nesting. Or anything. Just pushed it out of the tube and peed on it.) They steal pieces of paper for nesting but wouldnt even use the fluff. But thats not why I bought it, so no real loss there. The tube is so large width wise, and short length wise, that they dont really feel like its a good place to hang out. Theyre much more comfortable in this that are a bit tighter fit because they feel cozy in them. I had a smaller tube when they were younger and they loved it, so Im a bit disappointed that they arent as thrilled with this. Oh well. rats will be rats.

Great fun tube! Comes full of hamster Fluff that is safe for your critter if they happen to eat it. The colour is vibrant big enough for my big female Syria hamster with lots of room to spare

Bought this for our 2 -3 month old cavies and they love it! They are constantly chewing and ripping the paper off. At first they used the bathroom inside of it but I just cleaned it out. I sure hope the paper is edible. I was scared to put the fuzzy stuff in the cage but reading many reviews it seems safe. Happy Cavies, Happy Mommy!
