Kaytee Walnut Litter 18L

We like it for off-label use as a filler for pincushions. Put it in a cloth bag that be taken out from larger cover, and you can use it for pincushion weight to hold up a connected trash bag for stray thread.

I love using this with paper can sift and then weekly roll up in paper and discard. Last batch did come with nuts and seeds mixed which had not had in past .

Does whats its meant too With out a lot of fuss

The photo shows just 1 of the MANY holes in the bag. The litter was all over the box & got all over the floor. This is the bottom and when I flipped it over to stop the litter getting everywhere there was a hole near the top too! NOT happy that tons of litter got ALL OVER my floor.

I bought this litter to use with my Macaw. At first, I didnt like it. . . mainly because it was heavy and I was changing it out every two-three days. Then I figured out how to really use it to my advantage. I use a cat-litter scoop to filter out the debris and now I can clean daily and change every week or two. The litter is great with birds and clumps like cat litter. I do NOT however, let my bird play in it. I definitely use the cages screen. Love this stuff! have been using on the bottom of bird cage. Very easy to clean with scoop and refill with fresh cob.

Nice for my Blue and gold cage

Purchased for stuffing pin cushions. However each bag had a tear and leaked inside the box and into the other items I purchased. Lost only approximately a cup of shells. But what a nuisance! I spent 30 minutes finding and vacuuming what had leaked out of the shipping box down the hall, onto the carpet, on a table.... ugh. Then to find storage containers for the shells. Then stopped the dogs from eating the pieces that were missed with the vacuum. And vacuum again.
