Perfect for running around on land or in water. Great for keeping toes covered and little feet supported for hard play. A bit stiff but in time with wear will soften. Great spring through summer sandal.

My son loves the look of these sandals, but his very narrow foot swims a bit in them. The size is consistent with other shoes he wears, so I believe its mostly a width-issue. The grips are great, and they are easy to take on and off for my 6-year-old. However, he gets rub-marks below his ankle bones even with the soft fabric. I think they rub because he straps them on so tightly for a more snug fit. Based on other reviews and my own experiences with Keen, I think these are a quality shoe--just not ideal if your child has an exceptionally narrow foot.

This is a fabulous shoe that my son wears all the time during the summer and throughout our long trips to Disney. He loves them. However, there is that smell issue when worn too long and feet sweat. I have washed them and that takes care of the problem for a little while. Just have to stay on top of keeping them clean and aired out. But would still buy these shoes again!

The quality was super great and the Fit was pretty good too considering my son only has a 2.5 size foot. Very happy about them.

My son absolutely loves these!! His favorite color is red and so as soon as he saw these he said they were perfect. I had bought him Keen’s in the past and loved them, but decided the last couple of years to go with something cheaper. Big mistake!! Both Oshkosh and Nike sandals were too big for his narrow feet and they ended up scraping his feet terribly so that he wouldn’t wear them. Such a waste of money. Finally decided to try the keen’s again, and I will never buy anything else again!!! If you’re worried about the price, just go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Cute well-made high quality sandals. The closed-toe feature is the selling point for safety of my childrens toes. They are only allowed to wear closed-toe at school and outside on the playground. The color is adorable and the ruggedness will last for quite some time. They fit a little big on my child but hopefully they will grow into them. I can always stuff the toes if needed. Overall very pleased.

my son loves these shoes! Great for water and normal play

I ordered Size 12 in burned henna for my 4 year old. He wears 11.5 sneakers, this shoe fits just right. I think he can wear through the summer as there is wiggle room near the toes. Shoe is light weight, water proof, after getting wet takes about a day for it to dry , I havent had the stinky feet issue that some reviewers reported. Opening to get the foot in is little small, my son has to sit down to put the shoes on or need my help. I think this is done to keep the shoe from coming off the foot. Since the toe area is roomy otherwise shoe might fall off. Will definitely buy next size for next summer if Amazon keeps the great pricing.

These shoes are way too narrow and toe area is big. I have a 2 year old and a 9 year old and both had to squeeze their foot in but my oldest said toe area was way too big . And hurt his ankles when he walked. He took them off right away. Normally he loves getting new shoes. Not these . I had to return.

Bought them for my son for sailing camp. It was great on the boat and kept his feet cool and protected.
