> 3 dayI purchased this shoe for my 7 year old for a cruise for a cave tubing excursion. Well 1 1/2 yeas later the shoes still are fantastic. The hold up in water, walking around amusement parks, biking, hiking, school playground-everywhere. Being Floridians we can wear sandals longer than most areas, so they get plenty of use. You cant tear up this shoe. I but Sketchers and stride rites but they are scuffed up in a few days the way my daughter plays. I would have to have play shoes and I hate that. With these I dont care because they have held up so well. It was my first Keen purchase and Im buying some again in a size up because my daughter outgrew the shoe. Im also buying a sneaker version. The only drawback is they do get smelly. So once in a while I take some baking soda and lemon and rub them down set them in the sun to dry. I would also recommend going to a sporting goods store to try them on if you are a first time purchaser of Keens. The sizing us different than regular shoes.

> 3 dayThese shoes are durable and great. My toddler literally wore them all summer long and she played and ran in them. She loves them!

> 3 daySame Keen quality I’ve come to trust. Purchased for myself because true red isn’t available in a women’s model. Comfortable- great traction-dries quickly. stands up to long wear!

> 3 dayI have not had my 23-month old son to wear the sandle yet but the color (I let him pick) and the size are right to him. I only concern the sticky closure of the shoes that it will be opened easily and not tight enuf. Overall, the sandals are expected.

> 3 dayMy son, 8, is incredibly tough on shows. Needed sandals that were close toed, comfortable, water proof(ish) and could put up with a kid. These are heaven sent, and he likes them.

> 3 dayThe quality of this Keen shoe (made in vietnam) is incredibly inferior compared to the Keen pair that my son had previously (made in China). I honestly thought they were cheap fakes.

> 3 dayIm able to wear a childrens 4 so I tried these. They rubbed on the bottom of my ankle bone knob. The sides of these come up high so they can rub and create irritation. Maybe theyll work fine for your kiddos foot, but check it, esp if they cant verbalize the details of the fit. It would be really painful if that rubbed on a long hike.
