Greater than one weekThis is the perfect weekend bag! When it arrived it had a few scratches on it but nothing really noticeable unless youre close up. I did not return it because I needed to use it the same week it arrived. The weather is really nice!

> 3 dayAfter five weeks the shoulder strap ring broke off. The leather patch which is sewn on, ripped off the bag, only been using it for going back-and-forth to the gym did not have a lot of weight in the bag. However Kenneth Cole stood by their warranty I called, sent them a picture of the broken strap and was sent a new bag within a week, the new bag suffered the same damage. i asked for a refund but was refused and told the only remedy is a replacement bag. I don’t recommend this bag

03-06-2025The design of this bag is great, but the leather is inferior. The first one I ordered had a significant number of cuts/scratches/tears in the leather. The replacement one didnt have as many, but they were there. Ive also noticed the price keeps dropping on this one. Lastly, after I returned the second one due to defects, I was charged a restocking fee. I was able to get it refunded after contacting Customer Service but what a hassle.
