    Bought this for my husbands birthday. He loves the bag including the look the feel the size HOWEVER- on 3rd time use (2 months after purchase) the handle snap broke. The window to return it ended last month. Not happy. For the price of this bag Id hoped for better quality

    I love this bag. Its soft but still holds its shape and its roomy enough for an entire weekend getaway for my son and I because I pack lightly. The color and design is also suitable for either gender.

    Overall beautiful bag, soft, the only problem was it has a spot or some type of glue on it but very small about the size of a quarter will take to a leather cleaner to have taken off.

    Got this bag for my husband for fathers day. We just took our first road trip last week. The snap broke 1st day of our trip. Its a beautiful bag but Im very upset that it immediately broke. To top it off, I tried to exchange and the option to return is no longer available. Apparently, the option to returned closed on July 17th while we were on vacation. I dont want my money back because he loved the bag, I just want the option to exchange a defective purchase.
