Kent makes the best combs. The ends are rounded so they do not scratch your scalp, the comb moves smoothly through your hair. It is one of my small every-day favorite things to use. The combs make great gifts, especially to anyone who has never experienced such a nice comb. Kent even makes pocket folding combs, mostly for boys and men, how good is that! I collected antique combs for years. Nothing new is better made than a Kent comb. In my collection I have only two antique combs both made of ivory and sterling that are a shade better still there is nothing made today that equals the quality and styles of a Kent Comb. You challenge will be selecting the right style of comb for you. Over the last 30 years I have had 3 different styles as my hair has thinned and become less strong.

I like the comb and there is nothing wrong with it, it is as expected! The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the cost. Really? Its just a plastic comb! But I do like it. Sometimes you just have to sacrifice value I guess.

I like it a lot, and just bought another. I got the first one after wasting years trying every brand I could find at the national pharmacy chains and department stores. They were junk and broke within a few weeks at most. The first was purchased on Amazon 9 years ago. Aside from the worn writing, it still looks pretty good, and identical to the new one I just bought. The old one did crack, but thats after 9 years of once- or twice-a-day use! I have thick, wavy hair ear-length to almost shoulder-length, depending on when I got it cut. So it gets some bit of resistance workout. Its totally the best comb I have found.

It never crossed my mind that something as simple as combs could have wide ranging differences in quality. Then I tried a Kent saw cut comb and it was like a night and day difference. This thing slides through my unruly beard like a hot knife through butter. It feels funny writing a review like this about a comb - Im not an expert on beauty products, the only thing I do besides shower is brush some beard oil into my face - but this comb is head and shoulders above anything else Ive ever used and is an absolute steal for what it costs.

This comb is really nice, I was pleasantly surprised.
