I compared this comb side by side to a decent plastic one from Sally Beauty Supply. Both have rounded tips, but the difference is, the Kent will glide through your hair like it’s lubricated. This means less hair damage. The high-quality fished significantly reduces the friction component. Can say enough about this stellar product.

Love my Kent combs. This is the second of two that I have bought. They are sturdy and do not scratch your scalp when combing. I highly recommend Kent combs!

Wow! I didnt know what I was missing. It was worth the money. The only reason I clicked on the listing was to figure out why this comb was so expensive. I still didnt understand the price. How could one comb be that much better than cheaper combs Ive used for over 5 years? I purchased it for the answer and I understand why. The extra weight adds a heftiness to the comb that allows it to go through your hair effortlessly. Odd snags and tugs are eliminated as the lack of sharper edges combined with weight mean it smoothly removes tangles and makes styling more accurate. The spacing of the bristles is excellent as well; both sides of the comb are equally functional as one straightens and the other helps with more tight styling with out leaving hair too tightly packed. Im blown away with the quality and the function. It is worth the extra money if you style your hair often. Excellent comb!!!

I have had problems with flimsy grabby combs from the local drug stores. This one felt great, so I ordered 2 more.

This is a high-quality comb. Worth every penny. Have bought two of them. I use them for my beard, which is slightly coarse. It flows nicely through my beard compared to a typical comb, which get tanged easily and pulls hair out.

I’ve tried many “unbreakable” combs out there and I can’t stress how great the Kent brand products are. The only reason I ever replace them are because I lose something but I have certain combs that have lasted years of heavy use.

These are the best combs Ive ever used. I have their pocket combs as well. Stay away from cheap combs and get the best.

I’ve always used cheap combs and decided to try one a bit pricy for a change. I’ve got to say it really makes a difference. I like it.

Had trouble justifying the cost until I used it. Amazing difference from plastic molded combs. Slides through my hair with no resistance and doesn’t scratch the scalp. I’ll never go back.
