Very satisfied... a problem that made me worried is not the product but the delivery box it came with. Looks like it has been cut opened by a knife. Nothing missing though. And been sealed again with amazon tape.

Works on Whynter arc 10-wb version 1. I had emailed Whynter Customer Support about a hose replacement and they said they dont make it anymore so just to buy a hose with a diameter of 5.75 Nobody sells 5.75 diameter hoses anymore but surprisingly, the 5.9 fit! Yay

Quick and easy

Didnt get to use product. Was too large for the air conditioner.

I had a bit of an issue with the connection from the tube to window. Its a little bulky and because of that I could not use on the window I wanted to put it in. I had to make room and put in on a standard window, but its doing exactly what I need it to do.
