Once I remembered to take them regularly, I notice a big change in my energy. And somehow I feel they suppressed some of my appetite. I was more mindful of my eating while on them. I didnt lose a lot of weight with the first bottle but about 10 after completing the 2nd bottle.

This supplement gives me great energy and no jittery feeling. So far it is working as expected.

Been taking this for almost a month. I love this product. It gives me that get up and go that we tend to struggle with over the age of 50. I suffer from slow metabolism.(metabolic syndrome) I feel this has given me a chance to help myself aside from prescription meds. I havent had any side effects.
