Just purchased. Waiting for results.

Been taking this for almost a month. I love this product. It gives me that get up and go that we tend to struggle with over the age of 50. I suffer from slow metabolism.(metabolic syndrome) I feel this has given me a chance to help myself aside from prescription meds. I havent had any side effects. I havent weighed myself yet but I have noticed my clothes are looser and I havent changed my diet or exercise. Looking forward to more results. Will continue to take. Thank you so much Melannie

I liked these as they work well with the diet and light exercise. I lost 5 pounds, then maintained without exercise.

When taken as directed I did lose some weight and have increased energy. The hardest thing for me is remembering to take 30 minutes before a meal, or to take them with me if eating out. No negative side effects either!

Not sure what all the hype is about these, they taste no different than regular dollar cans except for the fact that they are too salty. Check the nutrition facts.

Keto pills seem to help me manage glucose levels and stay in ketosis. I take them before a meal if I’m worried about the macros of the meal.
