> 3 dayThis is a great scooter that saw daily use during our quarantine time. I bought 3 and the more agressive faster kids were breaking a lot in a small back yard. They wore out the back tire as shown in the picture. This happened in less than 3 months of daily use. The company was very responsive and honered the warranty and quickly shipped out replacement tires to me. I dont have any experience with scooters like this but I would assume that because of the nature of braking, the tire gets the brunt of the force.

> 3 dayJust a week after purchasing the scooter, a neighbor’s car accidentally ran over the rear of the scooter and damaged one of the two rear wheels. Also, one of the two screws in the front had kept loosening by itself. I emailed customer service, which promptly sent new rear wheels and a new set of screws for free by express mail! They said all of this was covered by warranty. It was easy to replace the rear wheel with the Allen wrench that they also sent. I just needed a screwdriver to replace the front screen that had kept loosening by itself. The new screw stays tight.

> 3 dayI really like almost everything about this scooter. The only thing that makes it difficult is how it turns. The handle bars don’t rotate to turn it, instead you lean to the side and it turns the scooter. My 3 year old is struggling to get the hang of it. But everything else about this scooter is great. It’s sturdy, well constructed. The light up wheels are really fun. The added bonus is that we got the blue and pink one and she thinks it’s Frozen theme because it has little stars on it. It’s definitely a scooter that will grow with her.

> 3 dayMy daughter loves this scooter, unfortunately it broke within weeks of getting it. Underneath where the joint is the plastic that hold the bolt in place broke right off, the bolt fell out, and the entire joint almost broke. I was able to glue it but because of the amount of pressure on the joint (the part that flexes for turning) and it being made of plastic, it keeps breaking and ee have to keep gluing it. Could have been built stronger. Other than that its a good scooter.

> 3 dayMy 5 year old grandbaby loves this scooter. Now the 2 year old grandbaby is grabbing it whenever she can. So, I bought a second one to eliminate the fighting who gets to ride it. Its a great scooter for those kids who might not be ready to balance on a 2-wheeler. I highly recommend this product. Just keep the Big Kids (ie: Dads) off the scooter. The plastic bracing cannot withstand a Dads weight.

> 3 dayGreat scooter! I bought 2 of these, one for my 2 year old daughter and one for my 6 year old son. They both love them! It’s very sturdy, nice quality, the wheels glide very easily. Love that it’s adjustable and can grow with them. Turning is very easy with the handle. Assembly was so easy, only comes in 2 parts, so all you do is attach the handle to the base! Loved that, as my husband was out of town when they arrived and I was worried about putting them together, but it was beyond easy. Feel like they are great scooters for the price. Definitely recommend!

> 3 dayI was really nervous about purchasing this scooter because my 5-year-old is not athletic and tends to be scared of new things. I wanted to get her something that she could feel comfortable in, with great maneuverability and a stepping area that is not too big and not too small. It also had to look cool enough for her to want to use it. I am so glad I bought this! She loves it and rides it every day. She is a pro now and she didnt take long to master it. I even bought one for her little sister (age 3), who can use this too. Great scooters.

> 3 dayMy daughter has been very timid of any bike, scooter, etc. that weve tried to get her on. Shes done excellent on this scooter. I think having the spread wheels in the front and the dually style wheels in the back helps with her confidence in balance tremendously. Shes been riding it about two months now and she can easily keep up with me around the neighborhood now. Of course she loved the look of it and the lights in the wheels which are still all working thus far. One thing I will point out is that you steer this scooter exclusively by leaning your body weight left/right on the scooter. The handlebars are stationary; they do not turn to rotate the wheels like a traditional scooter. I read one review or Q&A that said you could steer both by shifting weight and by turning the handlebars, but this is not the case. The handlebars are static to the board and do not rotate. It may take some getting used to if your kid is used to steering by turning handlebars. The wheels are also made of a softer plastic material that isnt as loud on asphalt/concrete and is easy on hardwood floors.

> 3 dayOur five-year-old had trouble balancing on the razor we got her for Christmas. So, we wanted to get her a scooter with three or more wheels until she is ready for the razor. To steer, you have to lean on either side, rather than turning the handlebars. The steering is a lot “looser,” in that it doesn’t make tight turns. She has had no problem figuring out the steering and foot brake, and zips around now likes it’s nothing. She loves how the wheels light up! Ohhhh, and it does break down easily for when she gets tired of scooting and Dad needs to carry it back home ;)
