This is a great scooter. It easy to teach the little one to use it by telling her to lean towards the pink side or blue side. The light up wheels are a great touch! We use it all the time and it stands up to constant use without damage.

This scooter is well made, sturdy and best of all the customer service that comes with this product is unmatched! About a month after getting this product, the back wheels had flat spots that caused them not to roll properly. I emailed WonderView to find out how we order new ones. Within an hour I had a response that the scooter is under warranty, I emailed pictures and new wheels were mailed out the same day! Two days later the new wheels were in hand. I also received another email a few days later making sure we had everything we needed and were once again happy with the product.

I chose this scooter for our daughter who is almost 4. The other 3 wheel scooters that I found had a max weight of 40 or 50 lbs. I wanted something sturdier. This is so nice. Its very sturdy and easy to use. My daughter loves it. We had a problem with our original one. I contacted customer service. They were terrific. So quick to respond. They asked me to send pictures. They determined that it couldnt be fixed with replacement parts. They refunded my money so we could order a new one. The whole thing - from my first email to the processed refund - was taken care of within 15 hours. Awesome!

my doughter loves it, as she loves red i bought it for her, its spiderman print but, she is happy, its second pear i bought for same model and store, first was pink and violet colour(frozen , elza anana model) so it was easy to use for my doughter , she is 7 years old, and when we saw that another 5 tyears old liked and handel it, i ordered another, so its usefull and easy to operate, 3 wheels is always easy ones

My 5 year old grandbaby loves this scooter. Now the 2 year old grandbaby is grabbing it whenever she can. So, I bought a second one to eliminate the fighting who gets to ride it. Its a great scooter for those kids who might not be ready to balance on a 2-wheeler. I highly recommend this product. Just keep the Big Kids (ie: Dads) off the scooter. The plastic bracing cannot withstand a Dads weight.

UPDATED REVIEW Customer support responded quickly and gave us tips to fix the problem. What that didn’t work they very quickly sent us replacement wheels at no cost. They were SO easy to put on. My 4yr daughter loves this. She goes full speed ahead & it handles her fast turns & sudden stops. She keeps up with & sometimes goes ahead of her older brothers. It handles pavement and gravel. If it broke tomorrow I’d immediately buy it again.
