This is a great product. It does clean up the wonderful stuff that comes out of our beloved pets. However, it is sneakily expensive in that you have to pay $13 to have it shipped. Period. Other than this, this stuff is awesome.

I do rescue/foster work. Many dogs are not fully trained, this product is great on pee, puke and poop. I also use it in my steam cleaner and do all my carpets. Its also half the price of other brands.

Worked great for coffee and ketchup stains, did not work well at all for dog urine (I treated the same spot three times and it did not remove odor)

Not a very good stain remover and definitely not a deterrent. Used several times and Dog still insisted to urinate in the same spot. Very unsatisfied with purchase.

My daughter had a horrible nosebleed all over her light-colored carpet and her mattress last night. Looked like a horror movie! Was going to call a professional but thought Id try to get it out myself. My daughter picked this brand because of the cute puppy; I picked it because it specifically mentioned blood on the back. ********IT *************WORKS *****************GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (almost freakishly amazing; the stains are TOTALLY gone!)

I use this product all the time as I have 3 cats. It is the best product I have found to remove stains and odors!!

I have used it more for odors than stains. It kills smell well without leaving a heavy perfumey scent itself.

We have ordered it twice and both times the bottles have leaked. Once almost half a bottle was gone.

It works!!! And believe my friends and family have tried every product on the market.
