Very effective product plus has a really nice odor.

I came across a faint urine smell in a small laundry closet and when I got down closer to get a better smell (I noticed kitty made a quick beeline for the exit so I knew I was on to something). I had just bought this product so I broke it out to give it a try. I wasnt sure where exactly the smell was, or how long it had been there, so I poured some in a spray bottle and sprayed down the bottom walls and floor. Lo and behold, after the area dried, the smell was completely GONE!! This is a great product.

Works amazing but its $5 a bottle at WalMart I dunno why they want to charge $20+$10 for shipping.

Used this for a urine stain on my sofa left by my infant. The urine smell was better than the smell I was left with after using this product. Do not buy for urine stains. Smells awful. Wish I could get a refund.

After my cat got herself closed in the guest room overnight she took it out on a brand new pillow top mattress, multiple times. I tried using every carpet cleaner & urine neutralizer that had proven successful in the past and nothing seemed to help in the slightest. After doing some research & shopping the options I decided to go with this product. The results were almost immediate. I throughly recommend this for pet stained especially ones with strong, hard to remove odor.

Bought this because the reviews said it would work, did not. Bought two bottles to use on sofa where dog had left her mark and soaked the area as suggested on the bottle, waited for it to dry and ended up with a residual smell and tide mark, did not remove pee smell. Save your money.

Best carpet cleaner I have found for spot removal of pet stains.

This stuff works great. I HAD to have light carpet in my new condo, and I, of course knew that my two Birmans occasionally had hairballs and throwups. They do not however, EVER, have other accidents as they are perfectly well trained. So, naturally they throw up, right after eating Science Diet which is yellow orange. You can imagine UGH! Nothhing I tried to use to clean it worked, until KIDS N PETS. and it works great. no residue, no stain, no smearing and no odor. I highly recommentd it
