Great for sound deadening in my van build! Used one box so far and already a huge difference in road noise, will be getting one more box to finish up a few door panels and the cab box!

I purchased Kilmat to silence my 2002 Saturn SL2. The 25 sq ft box is is all you need to do four door skins perfectly. In addition to Kilmat, I bonded/glued Reflectix as outer door frame seal. To perform this on a Saturn, just use a torx bit and unscrew the door skins. 1.0 hr time spent per door total. Here are the results. 1. Door rattles, gone. 2. Door hollow sound when closing, gone. 3. Door wind noise, gone. 4. AC trmp in car on 90F day is +5F colder 5. Hearing cars alongside of you, gone. 6. Door buzz/rattle with stereo on, gone. 7. Easy to apply and flexes to curves and bends in door skin. 8. Installed Kilmat on door frame for mirror mounts, wind noises all gone. 9. Power window motors significant reduction in noise. 10. Very good stuff

I used this kit for sound deadening in my doors. It has amplified the sound produced by the door speakers and negated any rattles. It was easy to cut, easy to adhere, and the patterned top made it easy to see what had been rolled and what hadnt.

Great product at good price. Used for the bottom of new wooden risers for indoor steps. Made them very quiet when walking and they have a nice solid sound. Half the price of name brand and very similar quality. I’m very familiar with Dynomat from working in the car audio industry. This is very similar for 1/4 the price.

Bought this instead of Dynamat because the price was cheaper. Installed Kilmat on the roof and floor of my desert truck to sound proof the cab. Worked great and formed well around ripples in the floor. Followed the install procedures as listed to ensure maximum adhesion. I did paint the Kilmat 3 weeks after it was in the truck. Would recommend the product. Enough sound deadener to do the entire roof and 90% the floor of my 2001 ranger extended cab.
