> 3 day25 square feet package was enough to cover the exposed metal surfaces of the floor and door skin of my 86 Toyota truck. A noticeable reduction of road noise from the old stock padding. But the new carpet could of helped too. Doors close with a solid sounding thud instead of sounding like a tin can, great improvement. Kilmat is easy to install. Just make sure you prep surfaces accordingly for proper adhesion. It conforms to uneven surfaces easily and is really easy to cut. Decently priced for what it does. Will definitely use it again!

> 3 dayWont make mush difference unless you insulate the whole car. I only did doors for now, so not much difference.

> 3 dayExcellent product, I’m putting it in my 1946 Plymouth and it’s great to work with. I actually think it’s the only thing that has gone smoothly.

> 3 dayThought this was highly compressed foam with foil for heat shielding...... not at all the case. Has a rather fum smell to it, and is like a tar-paste sandwiched between wax paper and foil paper... no issues cutting it with household scissors or utility knife but it left globs and globs of tar like black... well tar... all over the blade that took many many alcohol swabs to get off. This is the standard black Butyl that everyone uses, I was just not expecting it to be like tar and to have a tar-like smell.
