The kitchen sink strainer works as described. I would highly recommend. In fact I plan to order another set. They really look nice and are very serviceable. I love that I have both strainers, I dont have to worry about what is going down the drains.

I already love this product. Fits right into the sink drain and does a great job of collecting food particles, but allows water to run through. Its easy to lift out and clean.

Our new modular home did not come equipped with a disposal (who knew?), so I have been trying very hard to keep food particles from slipping down the drain and into the septic, where it can cause problems. When I saw this product it looked like it would much more effective than the drain plug basket, which allowed too much to slip past. And it certainly is! With its Many fine holes, the water drains right through leaving a surprising amount of food debris behind, more than I imagined possible. I’m thrilled with this simple, inexpensive and effective way to keep our pipes and septic system free of food debris and the problems that come with it.

These sink strainers are very durable and I love the easiness to remove them with the practical handle. Plus they look great!!!

I tried the combo strainer and stopper sink drain covers, but these have by far been the best strainers. When we want to stop water in the sink, we just use the standard stoppers (purchased separately).

Great item - nice and sturdy. Because the holes are so small it really catches all the loose debris from dirty pots, pans, and dishes You do have to bang it a bit on top of a paper towel or directly into your garbage pail to get the food out of it but it definitely gets the job done!

This kitchen strainer is a very high quality one. I like the way you can lift it out of your sink with the handle and it even strains small grains of rice which are bad for your garbage disposal. I highly recommend this strainer for anyone looking for one.

Loved them so much, I sent a set to my mother and a set to my son. I had something else before but it had no handle and it was messy to empty.
