> 24 hourHad two needles break in the course of an hour of opening the package. I dont know whats causing the snaps, but I never had this problem with my $20 set of circular needles.

> 24 hourWhat I love most about this needle set is that the cable matches up so well with the needles, so more struggling with magic loop socks and sweater sleeves

> 24 hourI was trying to knit a scarf with a 4 weight yarn and I had such a problem holding the stitches, and doing yo and yarn around stitches were nearly impossible for me to do. The wood finish and colors are beautiful but very slippery. I used the size 8 needles, dropped stitches and tried to fix it 4 or 5 times and wound up frogging it and giving up on it. I am a beginner knitter but am having success with the ChiaoGoo red lace circular Stainless Steel needles. The stitches on a size 8 don’t slip. The cord on the ChiaoGoo is stiffer than the KnitPicks cord which was very supple. The interchangeable cord did not come apart for me like other people have complained about. When you use the pin key to tighten the cord it always stayed for me. It says it is past the return date on Amazon so I will try using the larger needles and hope that it will be better because I hate the thought of wasting the money.

> 24 hourI love these needles! The coloring is beautiful and unique. I had been stalking these since they came out because they are so pretty. I usually knit with metal knitting needles because I like how slick they are. Recently, I got some slippery lace weight yarn and found that I was struggling with the metal needles, so I bought this set to use. They are smooth and just a little more grippy than metal knitting needles, but not as much as bamboo. The joins are smooth as well, no problems to speak of, even with lace weight. When tightening the joins make sure to use the key! Although, I have had this set for a week. I have had the Knit Picks Nickel Interchangeable for a year and half and have had not had cable fall out once, but I always use my key. The point is nice, I would rate it at a mid-point; it is not a lace point, but nor is it dull. I also like the taper. I would say if you are thinking about getting these needles for their beauty, being able grip yarn a little more than metal, or as a first set GO FOR IT! I really love them. I havent put them away since I got them.

> 24 hourI already had another set of interchangeable circular needles, but sometimes need 2 of the same size. I love the colors of these and so far find them easy to knit with. I have problems with the yarn catching on the connection joints but these are no worse than my more expensive set. Ive had no problem with the tips coming loose from the cables. Would definitely recommend and did I mention how pretty the needles are?!
