Just ordered a box of these and gave one to every member of my family. I gave 2 of them to my 13 year old granddaughter who is just beginning to go places on her own. We live in New York City and all of us are now concerned with the high level of crime and homelessness since the Coronavirus shutdown. The streets are quite empty as people have left the city or are staying home. This alarm has made us all feel safer when we go out. Its easy to use, very lightweight, and so compact it will fit in your pocket, your purse, your backpack, or on your wrist. I never leave my apartment without it now! It definitely has made me feel safer and much less worried about my granddaughter when she goes out with her friends or even just walks to school alone.

I bought these for all the females in our family for stocking stuffers and they work great. I tested each to be sure it worked. The noise level is ear-splitting and would definitely attract attention! So glad I got these and would recommend them for anyone who walks alone, is in parking lots, at gas stations as they fill up, etc. All you have to do is pull the pin out and it starts immediately.

Got these for my daughters, sisters, nieces and me! Hope we never have to use them but if we do, they are LOUD! And so easy to use!

I enjoy using our bike trail that stretches across the city however there are some areas that are wooded and feel creepy. I carry these little alarms along with a self defense aluminum poker thing. Im afraid I wouldnt be able to properly strike someone with the self defense weapon but with these I can pull the cord in no time. The sound is so loud and annoying someone would hear if it did not deter them all together.
