They only bad thing is that silly long string that pulls out. It gets caught on things which is no good. I cut it short so that it does not get caught

Purchased these alarms for female friends and family. I think these personal alarms are perfect. Only draw back is the short lanyard. I purchased retractable id cords to attach to the alarms which should be a great add on.

I havent had to actually use it yet, thank goodness, but the pin is designed to not deploy accidentally. Then when you pull the lanyard it instantly deploys and the noise is really loud. The light works fine, too. It is very compact. so it fits on my keychain just fine. I can tell that the startle effect would be very effective if someone tried to take you by surprise. THEY would be the one getting the surprise.

Not confusing, easy to use

I bought these a month ago for stocking stuffers. I decided to test them all this morning just to make sure they all worked because I read a few reviews saying their batteries were dead. All 8 of mine worked and boy were they LOUD!! I am so happy to be giving these to my family members and will feel safer carrying the one I am keeping for myself. Great product!!!!!

The product was delivered fast and was packaged nicely. Tested the alarm sound and was happily surprised at how loud it was. The price was fair for the quantity of items. Would order again.
