I used to have a lot of cracking on my joints and I feel like since I started taking this, it has reduced a lot. and mixes really well with my collagen does not mess up the taste.

Ever since using this glutamine product I have noticed a significantly faster recovery from my workouts. I use it twice a day once in my pre-work out and later in the day with a meal. The quality of this glutamine is significantly noticeable after about a week of using it.

I started using this a few months ago and I didnt even realize the effects until I upped my gym days / week from 3 to 5. With this I am able to recover much more quickly, do a heavy workout and be able to hit the same muscle group two or 3 times a week. The benefits are huge! Its a small, flavorless scoop that mixes well and is a huge boost to any protein intake, highly recommend this.

I put this in my eaas and you would never know you had another powder your drinking! I started drinking glutamine awhile back for the research it shows for gut health, but I also have definitely noticed a difference in recovery after my work outs.

Don’t know the outcome of using this product just yet, for its fairly a new product, that I just added to my list, but we shall see…. What I did notice is the quality & quality you get for a very reasonable price….,
