Perfect for my intentions. Fits perfectly in my briefcase and now I have 15 years of customer files digitalized.

for traveling

Was a bit smaller than I expected. I measured my portable hard-drive and it matched the dimensions of this case, however it is a very tight squeeze to fit it in. Would be better if your hard-drive has rounded corners (mine is square) and thats what makes it hard to fit in.

The case does exactly what it is supposed to do; protect the 4tb portable hard drive.. The only small concern I have is the flap that protects the hard drive and serves as a storage for SD cards, is a little tight once the hard drive is in the case as well as the connecting cable and the strap. I think after a while it will stretch a bit so that SD cards can be put in the flap.

The compartments are ace and do very well physically to absorb any shock. The corners are also very sturdy but the actual case it pretty flimsy in the center and thus is a potential risk under stacking pressure. Great price, but not exceptional quality.

I recommend this for easy, protection during travel.
