Lamsion Rust Remover Wheel Remove Paint and Oxidation Poly Strip Wheel Disc Abrasive Angle Grinding Wheel (5Pack - 4 x 60#)

Had been stripping rust and what was left of old finish on a very old iron/steel book press with a wire wheel mounted on a battery powered angle grinder. Started with small, hard to reach details like inside corners and hard to get to surfaces like inner acme threads. Was making what I felt was good progress getting to bare metal, when I decided to test/switch to these pads for the large flat, or easily accessible areas. I was very impressed in the rate of stripping to bare metal as if I had started using a high-powered sand blaster. I know I had to have a smile on my face as I though how easy this is with these disks, and why we didnt have something like this years ago? I know I will be using them without hesitation in the future.

I’ve used these with great success to clean wood, concrete, and metal. Longevity really depends on the surface you are using these on, but I can’t really say if these are better than any other brand.

Surprised to find this wheel outperformed name brand disc found at the big department stores in both its ability to strip material and its durability. The disc holds a square edge and resists rounding.

I was surprised at the thickness of the product. Will remove your skin if not careful. Rust, goodbye!
