So happy with it looks so organized

Even though I most definitely looked at the measurements of this mat BEFORE I purchased it, and then even compared it’s measurements to my guesstimate of the measurements of my bathroom counter where I would primarily be using it all of the time aside from when traveling for vacation, upon receipt of the mat I quickly discovered that it was much, much too small, specifically it is too narrow. Yes, MAYBE two 1/2” wide hair styling tools may fit on this mat next to one another, but even that is only the case with extremely cautious, slow, and deliberate placement of the tools on the mat. Even in that instance, the risk of you accidentally burning your hands/fingers when placing them on the mat is extremely high! So when using two, or even one, hair styling hot tool on this mat in the manner that everyone does…aka the normal and usual way of using these tools…if you manage to not accidentally burn yourself while placing one of the tools down on the mat in between use of it, you will be guaranteed to inadvertently “miss” placing the hot hot hair styling tool completely on the mat, accidentally placing a portion of the hot part of the tool on the counter that you’re working on/at. This mat needs to be wider so than it can comfortably fit two hair hot styling tools next to one another (and without burning yourself and/or your counter!),

I needed something to protect my brand new light colored bathroom vanity top. My daughter and I both use curling irons, flat irons etc. They get HOT! I haven’t ever had scorch marks on my counters but don’t want to take a chance with the light color. I purchased this mat and it’s perfect. I got this size as it’s slightly larger than others listed. It holds a curling iron and flat iron both comfortably. I haven’t used it for traveling so I couldn’t rate that. But it is very pliable and could roll around a hot tool very well. I’m very happy I purchased this.

Works well! Great value for my 12 year old and her hot items! She likes it. I like that it is bigger to accommodate more than one hot item at a time.

What i expected. You can put the hoy iron over it and it protects the original surface which it is on.
