We dyed fabrics outside and hung them on a clothesline to dry. We used this kit for a birthday party and had such a fun time. I highly suggest it. Also, leftovers easily repackaged and we put them in the storage for another day of dyeing.

as a tie-dye enthusiast, i appreciate that i can use these packages to refill the bottles i have and keep on keepin on. ive done a wide variety of projects and have plenty of powder to keep going still. i use about 1.5 to 2 scoops (scoop included in package) per bottle (the size they give you in typical tie-dye kits) depending on the color. (ie for yellow i use 2 scoops.) my only issue is with the grey - either i cant figure out how to use grey properly, or it just doesnt stick. id be happy to hear some constructive criticism on this, because id love to have successful greys in my ties-dyes.

I got this kit for my daughters second birthday party. We were able to tie dye over 20 kid shirts, 3 teenager hoodies, a few adult shirts, and some hand towels and had extra dye in every color. I was also glad there was plenty of rubber bands in the box that we didn’t run out. I highly recommend this box for large groups.

We did tie dye for my daughters birthday party and this kit had just about everything we needed. I did buy extra gloves which I’m glad because the ones it comes with are thin. The drop clothes are also very thin as well but they get the job done. It was fun and the colors didn’t wash out. I had never done tie dye and was able to set it up easily. The kids at the party were ages 6-13 and they were able to do their own shirts with minimal assistance. I only needed to refill one of the bottles during the party, the rest lasted through the entire thing which I was surprised by because they seem small. I also have a lot of leftover dye powder so we can keep making more tie dye :) The dye did stain my hands for quite some time but I didn’t wear gloves the whole time so that’s on me lol.

I love how you can make the colors as light or dark as you need(instructions explain) so many colors and I love how the bags don’t rip or leak colors when finished. Cool thing about the rubber bags is you can reuse them!!!! The dye doesn’t stain them like I thought they would!!!

So far with this kit Ive dyed 2 towels, 4 t shirts, 3 tank tops and a long sleeved shirt. Im not even close to running out of dye. Very easy to use and comes with everything you need. The gloves and rubberbands that come with it are good quality. The only complaint is the drop cloth plastic is a little thin, so I just doubled it up so it didnt rip. The baggies are very useful to put the projects in after done dying and can be reused if you wash them out. The bottles have a decently thin nozzle and dont leak. Colors stayed just as vibrant after washing out as in the pictures when using 2 scoops of powder.

Me and grandkids and kids had fun with it making our tye Dyes. Walmart has them but not that many different colors. Just depends on the individual.
