> 3 dayThe colors are beautiful. However, it would be helpful to have some directions. This came with none. I had a scooper and my own bottles…. Just had to go with it. There was quite a bit of fading. Maybe I need soda ash? The special soap I’ve read about? I’m not a pro. More a trial and error type. I would buy this kit again because as I stated, the colors are beautiful. To the maker! Add some directions! How much to use? Tips on how to mix would be helpful.

> 3 dayHad a blast with these. And we still have so much left. There are lots of colors to choose from. We used 2 scoops of dye per bottle and the color turned out awesome.

> 3 dayI purchased this kit for a VBS craft for my preschoolers at church! I was so excited about letting them create a design and then we were going to paint over them. I chose to use the spiral method so that I could contain the pillow cases inside of a bowl. The children created masterpieces with all kinds of colors. It was so fun, but then it wasn’t. After 24 hours or so, I washed the pillowcases to prepare for the next part of the project only to be super disappointed to find that every color washed out except blue, and it faded down to a light baby blue color. Thinking I had messed something up, I got my own children to try the project again. This time, I left the dye for over 48 hours before washing as instructed. When we rinsed them out, the exact same thing happened. One of my children used only red and yellow - her pillowcase is now back white. The only colors that stayed were the blue tints, and again they faded down to a baby blue color. The dyes were easy to mix and the bottles made it easy to apply. We were able to change our craft and use the light blue and white as clouds for a different paint project than originally planned. The children were still happy to have something to take home that they could use over and over. As a mom and preschool worker, I am disappointed in the overall quality and would not purchase again. I read instructions and did as told, but it didn’t work either time. As soon as I put the material under running water, you could just see all the ink running out. It was so disappointing for me and my children. My daughter whose pillow case turned back to white was devastated.

> 3 dayThis is actually a great product. You will need to put powder in the bottles, put on labels and mix with water. The colors are beautiful and easy to use. The kits p hi<u ivrovides gloves and protection for surface. The colors go on well and as the instructions say, they do wash out considerably.

> 3 dayMy kids and I used this stuff to dye wood scraps that I had cut into toy blocks for them. Works amazingly, we just boiled a small amount of water, added some powder, and put them in it. The smell wasnt great so we switched to the stove outside with the fan on. I know the use is unorthodox, but still a great product!

Greater than one weekSo far with this kit Ive dyed 2 towels, 4 t shirts, 3 tank tops and a long sleeved shirt. Im not even close to running out of dye. Very easy to use and comes with everything you need. The gloves and rubberbands that come with it are good quality. The only complaint is the drop cloth plastic is a little thin, so I just doubled it up so it didnt rip. The baggies are very useful to put the projects in after done dying and can be reused if you wash them out. The bottles have a decently thin nozzle and dont leak. Colors stayed just as vibrant after washing out as in the pictures when using 2 scoops of powder.

> 3 dayGreat set for the price. The colors are saturated and vibrant. Definitely worth the money since you can reuse the whole set a couple of times. You scoop powders into the bottles and they give you enough of each color to use them all a couple of times. It’s more work than some sets that have the power already in the bottles but it’s worth it. It has better quality powders that are reusable. I wanted to tie dye a big ass sheet I use to protect my bedding from my dogs laying and shedding all over it. Needed it to stop looking like someone’s room whose died. 10/10 alive sheet, would buy again.

> 3 dayI got this kit for my daughters second birthday party. We were able to tie dye over 20 kid shirts, 3 teenager hoodies, a few adult shirts, and some hand towels and had extra dye in every color. I was also glad there was plenty of rubber bands in the box that we didn’t run out. I highly recommend this box for large groups.
