> 3 dayI started using my scooter. I park a couple days during the week three blocks away from my work in order to skip this city street parking limit restriction right by my work place (citation jeopardy) in a no restriction street. After a few hours when the restriction time is about to end, I use my scooter to go back to where I parked and to bring my vehicle closer. So, I use my scooter to get faster back and forth. easy to use, light weight and strong material.

> 3 dayBought this for Christmas for my 11 year old special needs son. He loves it, put it together by himself and rides it everywhere. Its durable and so far scratch proof. My 14 year old (61, 225lb) rides it with ease too. Overall the best scooter Ive ever purchased. Owners sent an email asking if everything was to my liking and to let them know if it wasnt. If I ever have to purchase another scooter, it will be this company

> 3 dayWe bought several scooters at the same time. Some from LaScoota, some from another mfr. Overall, the LaScoota cost more, but it was perfect for me (510 adult 230lbs). We scooted ~8 miles the day we used them, chasing a family member around Chicago, during the marathon. We traveled on the subway (el) and also scooted from place to place. This unit is a few pounds heavier than the next competitor, but it wasnt heavy. Everyone who rode both, agreed the Lascoota was the most sturdy. It folds up easy enough. Its easy to carry. The larger wheels on this unit were perfect for rough, uneven pavement. You need the larger wheels, because small wheels will get caught in the cracks. I felt fine using this. The handlebars on this, extend a couple inches higher than the competitor. My 6 son used one, and appreciated the taller height on the bars, also. Its a bit bigger than the next closest competitor, and a bit more, but worth it if you want the feeling of solid, sturdy, tall. CONS: The product description changes, when you put it into a cart. Ours changed from Charcoal to Pink. Amazon Cust Svc looked at it, and themselves were confused. We didnt know what I was going to get, when it arrived. Thankfully, we got charcoal, matching the original product selection (not the cart). Lascoota has a website contact page, its was no help to me. They took days to respond, if they responded, and their eventual response didnt help. If you have questions, contact the Lascoota store here on Amazon. Theyre much more responsive, and helpful in their answers. Overall, glad we purchased.

> 3 daySo many scooters are small/short even for kids. I was so impressed by the quality and larger wheel size of this scooter. My 8 year old son loves it. His old scooter was too close to the ground and the handlebars were getting too short already. This scooter is really fast, smooth and the foot platform is nice and wide for his feet to rest comfortably. Love the kickstand too.

> 3 dayHere are my semi-coerced (but honest) thoughts: 1) Its big and somewhat heavy. This isnt really a downside, per se, but my young one truly does have trouble carrying it (even with the very welcome shoulder strap). 2) Big + Hefty = Sturdy Listen, as the above complaint is true, the byproduct is that the thing feels like a tank. Im much, much larger than the young one, and I can comfortably rip around on this thing and very much not feel like Im zooming around on a toy -- its a sturdy scooter. Ive had other adults zip around, jump off curbs, etc. too, and its *completely* fine. As in, no worries at all ― not even the hint of a worry. When the kids got penny boards for skating, I was certain I would break it by looking at it ― not so with this hefty thing. 3) Its hard/tricky to fold. This is a negative to be sure (my young ones cant fold it), but I also dont want it to fold when 6+ adults are jumping off curbs either, okay? So maybe its a draw? They key to folding it up is to lift the hefty thing up by the handlebars and then pull up the tab to release and hold it while you fold it. You can do it! Go for it. (And remember, feel free to really pull it hard ― you cant break it as far as I can tell). 4) I dont own other scooters. Im comparing this to nothing. I guess Im comparing it to kids bikes and penny boards and my expectations... but Its pretty great really does sum it up for me. Maybe theres something better out there, normally is, but this is pretty great. A kid can grow into it and still ride it in 30 years, and based on how its held up so far, I actually expect it to be usable as long as you can replace the wheels (havent checked, but it seems probable). Verdict: do it.

> 3 dayIts practically rideable right out of the box. You just have to insert the handle bars and adjust the stem height. Super Easy. The whole thing feels solid and sturdy without being heavy at all. I own a bike and wanted to add another low impact exercise to my routine. I figured this would be a great leg and glute workout. Heres what I liked: Good sized deck, comfortable handle bars, nice grip, easy to adjust stem height, kick stand doesnt interfere with the foot kicking on that side, easy to open and fold, light enough to carry and lift into my trunk with one hand. Here are my issues: 1. no suspension and the wheels do not do well over anything on the sidewalk. If there was a stray piece of gravel, the wheel would slip. The traction isnt great. 2. The rougher the surface the the more vibration you feel. This probably wouldnt be noticeable to a kid or teen or someone without joint issues, but my body was buzzing when I got off. It really is a good scooter, especially for the price, which is why I still gave it 5 stars. I just need something with good suspension and air filled tired to help mitigate the vibration. I think this scooter will work for most people and would still recommend it despite it not being a good fit for me.

> 3 dayI bought this scooter because my kids just got good at their scooters and I couldnt keep up. This is WORLDS better than stealing my oldests razor. The big wheels make for a much smoother ride, the wide deck feels so much better on my feet, and the handlebars are scaled for an adult body. I appreciated that it came with the tools needed to tighten everything up. Between unpacking and the first scoot was maybe ten minutes. My partner tried it and also wants one now. I cant speak to how this compares to other adult scooters, but it more than meets my needs.
