Greater than one weekSo needed this years ago, always thought it was way too expensive. Ordered due to the ratings and found it be really nice. Its rotates by hand, and displays vertically as well as horizontally. You can even shoot a 2 lines either way for the size of the tile. I was impressed, only used one battery for this project.

> 3 dayIts really impressively strong and 100x better than using my old 2-line laser. Its especially useful when it comes to aligning multiple ceiling lights across the room. I use it to triangulate between different rows of lights and it probably cut down 50-60% the amount of work time needed compared to my old laser. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayA good quality item that I initially purchased to help me to accurately tile a bathroom. It has proved to be a most useful device which I have now used on numerous DIY projects. Battery life is good and the brightness of the red laser is perfectly sufficient for indoor use.

> 3 dayI recently renovated my bathroom and I was able to get the tiles placed so incredibly easily. Cant go back to using an old school level after using one like this. Im not all that smart, so it took some time to figure out how to use all the functions, but after playing with it for a few hours I managed to figure everything out. If you have any kind of precision jobs to do youll save a lot of time using one of these. Cant recommend enough

> 3 dayThis works very well! Instructions are pretty easy to follow. Setting it up was a little but confusing at first but after you get it up and running it’s easy. We tested it out and everything was level and even which was fantastic! I used it on a tripod that I have for my camera and put it in the center of the room and was able to do the whole room.

> 3 dayMan this thing is a game changer for me. Im not a professional carpenter or a construction worker but I do alot of diy projects in an around my home. I primarily have been using this laser level for small projects like hanging floating shelves and pictures plus Im planning on installing some cabinets in my garage / shop. Before I got this I had a difficult time making sure that everything was straight and level on projects I did around my home. It is so simple and easy to use.

Greater than one weekBuilding an enclosed tree house (15x15) and was desperate for a leveler as it was difficult to get wall-to-wall marker lines since I was in the trees and the distance was beyond my manual leveler. I’m no expert with laser levelers and this one seems to have a lot of bells and whistles beyond my level, but in no time I was able to get vertical lines up for my 2x4s studs in the wall frames and the window sills and top plates. I set up the level in the middle of the room on a tripod (there is a standard screw connection), and as long as its level when 3 degrees, the leveler will self-level, otherwise an alarm will sound. There are two horizontal lines on one axis and two vertical lines on 2 different axis. The lines congrate at 90 degree points in the front, top, and sides. Not sure what you would use that for. The build quality is not bad--much of the leveler itself is hard ABS plastic. The mounting hardware appears to be all aluminum and is quite solid. There is a small vertical platform that can be any height up maybe 4 inches that the leveler can sit on. There is always an arm that has magnet on the end so you could attach the leveler to a metal surface, like a fridge I presume. The whole kit comes package in a styrofoam-lined case, with two batteries and the charging cable. I’m no builder expert, but this has been helping me a lot, and it’ll be part of my equipment cache in the garage for future projects.

> 3 dayI bought this for a gym plaque installation job. The wall I was installing the sign on was made from bricks and was impossible to gauge what was actually straight. This laser level was insanely useful to show what was straight across a row of what looked to be straight bricks but really werent. The light is extremely bright and shows three different features of horizontal, vertical, and both. The green light is also really fun to use in dark rooms and gives off a fun Tron style experience. I loved how the laser light came with a ton of accessories that fit compactly into a carrying case that is styrofoam lined for easy organization. Best of all, the laser light has a magnetic base that I can slap onto any metal surface. Totally recommend if you need something for jobs where leveling is critical.

> 3 dayI have been much more precise with my at-home renovations while saving a ton of time with this laser level. I was wanting to remodel the backsplash in my kitchen and when I was looking at videos online I saw people using laser levelers all over so I had to pick one up and I am glad that I did. I have been improving all of the home projects that I have started with how fast I can level the line to work off of. The level was surprisingly easy to set up and calibrate. In the manual, there is a quick check guide to make sure that the laser is aligned properly and the process does not take more than a minute. Another thing that I really liked about this level is that it uses swappable batteries to power it. Each battery lasts for about 3 hours and since it comes with two I can always have one ready to go on longer projects. The level also comes with a multitude of ways to mount the device in place. It has a table top tripod that allows the laser to swivel around and that was great to set on the counter top but it also has a magnetic mount that is highly adjustable and I was able to have it rest on my work light.
