Its great. Be warned if you see an error. Change the settings on the printer menu manually. Its not bad for what it comes with and price. Definitely worth the time to set it up. Its not hard to do so. But considering its price, Id recommend this. I promise whatever issue you might have with it. Theres a way to fix it. This printer can be wireless, do hotspot AND connect USB... It WILL do it ALL.

This printer has the worst paper tray Ive ever seen. It only hold a few sheets or the door wont close. Paper jams almost every time and the small door above the printer drawer wont close. Ive waited too long to return it, my bad. Dont buy this unless you need more frustration in your lif!

It is rare that I ever needed to print things but now that we have all gone virtual we have ran into this need more times then I can remember. This simple black and white printer has been great you can connect your phone, tablet and laptop to the printer and send anything you need printed out.

I received it well packaged with supporting documentation. However one of my laptops did not have a disk so I decided to download the driver setup utility for Pantum web site, which did not work, so I ended up copying the setup from CD to the flash drive -- that one worked. The support was effective, the guy spent over an hour helping installing to all my computers. We all know setting a new devise on the network is a pain. Especially printers. After trying to use network access through my home router and using different options through direct access printers WIFI hot spot, I finally had to stick to the following way: I bought WIFI USB dongles TP-Link TL-WN725 at Amazon one for each my Windows 10 computers. When install the dongle drivers it will create another WIFI driver in your computer. You need to check which one is the TP_link dongle by browsing WIFI hardware and making sure this WIFI interface is the TP_Link since another would be probably you Network WIFI you accessing Internet through -- you do not need to disrupt you Internet access. Then on that particular dongle based WIFI you find your printer, which needs to be at that point powered on. Then on your Windows 10 Settings/Internet/WIFI choosing the dongle WIFI, Show Availabe Networks/DIRECT-gx-Pantum L2350 Series Connect (also check the Conenct Automatically for further operation). This way your native computer Internet will be connected to your router and your dongle WIFI will be connected to the printer always. After your done all the above -- now you insert your Pantum installation disk, which will find the attached printer and will offer you network option, which is option 3. Then you might be asked for network password (for printer), which is 12345678 and Windows will connect to you printer which will be named in your printer list as Pantum L2350DW Series PCL 0001 or alike. Done! No USB, wired network connection is needed. As to your phone connection -- I stick using the NFC feature of this printer, but -- my Galaxy S8 connected successfully while S10 of my wife does not work. Probably Pantum App team need to work with those little newer phones.

Amazon allowed me to return this unworkable printer. Do not buy nor be tempted to buy. You will waste your time with trying to make it work and then returning it.

if you just need a printer to print black and white then this is the one, easy set up, wifi, and very fast. I dont miss the jet ink, this laser cartage will last for a long time and never dry out, over 5,000 sheets for $42.00. you cant beat it.
