Impossible to get printer driver to download on line.

We have struggled to get this thing to connect to the computer or phone or ipad. Then when we finally get it connected it works one time. Super frustrating. Sometime well print something and it wont respond or show its doing anything then an hour later the paper prints out. So weird.

Paper jams alot.

Absolutely horrible. Worked for maybe a week (still with issues every time I printed either from my phone or computer) had to reinstall software multiple times, contacted customer support and they said I needed to buy a $250 software for it to work on my Mac?! Insane. Couldn’t be more disappointed with this purchase

Along with myself and my computer tech we could not get this unit installed. Very complicated. Return for full credit

Easy setup. Popped up on my network.

Paper tray opens like a drawer and closes to conceal the paper, (has a needle indicating how much paper is in it). AND, a manual feed for one use type of paper. Easy set up, as well.

Terrible customer service when asking for installation help as instructions are not clear.
