I should have used it before the sink drain was clogged. It can filer very small pieces.

I wish I would have bought this one first. I bought one from Walmart a week ago and my boyfriend broke it on the first use. This one here, though. The mesh is thick. Its durable and catches everything!

I have a dual-well sink, one side with a garbage disposal. The disposal sometimes gets clogged, requiring me to run it to clear it out...except if its clogged, there may be things like soda stream bottle caps or silverware down there, and I have to fish them out. No fun. The normal baskets that came with the house only have a few holes holes, and clog very quickly, so theyre not great on their own. Enter, these. These are pretty good; being built of a full wire mesh, theres lots of places for water to find its way around clogs. Being chrome, theyre much prettier than the plastic and stainless steel of the baskets they replaced. Only caveat is theyre not easy to clean when you get them stuffed with things like quinoa or chia seeds. No matter, though; I just throw them in the dishwasher with the rest of the dishes. This is why Ive ordered a second set; while one set is on duty in the sink, the other set will be in the dishwasher, and the price is perfect for that. Keeping the sink sanitary has never been easier! (I see others complaints about rust, and havent seen that myself yet. Im expecting regular washing will help, but failing that, they are, again, quite inexpensiv!)

It does the job of keeping the kitchen sink clean.

We have a septic tank, so we need to be careful with what ends up in the drain. These fit the drain well and are easy to clean

These are the best sink drain strainers I have bought. They fit perfectly. Whatever I dont get scraped into the trash. It get caught in the strainer. These definitely do the job of helping keep your drain pipes clean of big debris. Thank you

Before I got these my kitchen always smelled horrible. After buying these my sink has no bad smell! I just empty them out when they get too full of food scraps. I havent had to use drain-o in forever. 100% worth the money.

I love these. They do a really good job catching even the smallest pieces. I never knew exactly how much actually when down the drain when rinsing dishes. I wish I would have discovered them sooner!
