I really like this product, as I do suffer from frequent headaches and the cold from the roller was almost an immediate relief. No only has it provided relief of headaches, i have sons who participate it sports and this doe wonders when they suffer from sheen splints and other minor muscle aches. This is right on time.

i wanted the roller for my puffy face , i use it everyday .. u can detach the roller or keep it whole in the freezer like i do , just be sure to bag the head , or store in ziploc so that other food doesnt touch it .. wash and replace i will continue using it.. maybe for lower back too ..

Easy to use & rolls on very nicely. Maintains it’s cool, very impressive. My whole family loves it & will be purchasing again! Helps with puffiness, sore muscles, headaches & especially works great on acne inflamed skin! They tell you not to use on broken skin, buts for red inflamed bumps it does wonders if used regularly for 10-15 minutes. Makes a huge difference.

This product is not very good the handle edges dig into my hand. It is also too wide for my hand. The handle is cheap and not comfortable. The ice roller part also doesnt stay cold very long if your using it to do large sections of your body.
