I put the roller in a zip bag and kept in my freezer. It feels really cool on my skin. When I am close to my period my body retains lots of water so I will use this on my puffed up face. every month It is also good before applying make up. Really cool.

Its great to use in the morning when you need a quick pick me up, especially if you have a puffy face (it decreases the puffiness!), and its become a part of my daily routine. Im not totally sure if the benefits of using these have been proven or not, but it just feels good, so I plan to continue using mine.
