i wanted the roller for my puffy face , i use it everyday .. u can detach the roller or keep it whole in the freezer like i do , just be sure to bag the head , or store in ziploc so that other food doesnt touch it .. wash and replace i will continue using it.. maybe for lower back too ..

Doesn’t stay cold/frozen very long and I hate that the roller sweats ALOT dripping all over me and melts away any lotion/serum I apply.

This ice roller is one of my favorite things I’ve ever bought on Amazon! It’s easy to use and a great way to wake yourself up in the AM, relax after a long day at work. I suffer from TMJ and use this ice roller to relax my jaw. Love it and highly recommend!

The ice roller is so easy to use as it only needs 10 minutes to freeze. My skin is definitely benefitting as I already see a reduction in redness and puffiness.

I heard from my fav podcaster that ice rolling soothes skin, reduces redness, and tightens pores and she was so right! I used to just use ice on my face at night but this is 10x more convenient and you can use it as on shoulders, neck, etc to soothe skin. highly recommend!
