It is too soft and hard to work with for my application, which is padding items that need to be cut and shaped easily. But if your cutting it in squares to go into tool boxes or wrap around poles it works fine.

Seems to be high quality material but I will have to see how well it will hold up with my tools bouncing around on top of it. Would make great seating material or a similar application.
