I just received this a few days ago, and my initial impressions are very favorable. As far as looks go, Ive gotten several unsolicited compliments. I think it looks masculine without being in-your-face about it. It seems to be very well made--good leather, high quality stitching, etc. Its not real big, so dont expect to use it for a weekend getaway, but it holds my journal, stationery, and a moderately-thick book, plus pens, markers, my smart phone charger and other small odds and ends comfortably in well-place and nicely-sized pockets. Im sure it will accommodate Kindles, tablet computers and the like quite well, but be aware that it has no padding except for the thick leather. The strap is a little narrower than I would like, but I guess it is well-proportioned for the bag, and thats a matter of taste--has nothing to do with quality. As far as the color rubbing off on clothing issue goes, the manufacturer does acknowledge the issue and recommends wiping it down with a soft cloth periodically for the first few days. I have had no issue with color rubbing off on my clothes. Overall, a high-quality item, at least initially. If Im still impressed after a year, Ill come back and give it that fifth star.

Very happy with my purchase so far. Hold a lot and the bag is still compact and easy to carry and light weight.

Its smaller than presented and smaller than you think. Good for about 3-4 items or a small tablet and smart phone -- but thats it.

I removed the inside zipper. I do not see a purpose for it, other than every time yo reach into the bag the zipper scratches you hand.

I love the purse, but it is too heavy for my old body to carry. My young daughter loved it, too but she always tries to please her husband who wasn’t crazy about the color considering what she was wearing.

Many tours in Europe will not allow two suitcases -- such as a main suitcase and a typical carry-on suitcase. This bag is a great alternative. Highly recommended.

I liked this bag very much but am returning it, because it’s much bigger than I need. I think it would stay at home a lot. Am ordering something smaller which I hope will be big enough. Feel a little bit like Goldilocks seeking “just right”.
