I requested a replacement magnetic snap two weeks ago and still no response.

I bought the bag for a purse, it’s a bit stiff for that, but nice. The front pocket will not hold an iPad Pro 11”, but maybe an iPad mini.

The button to close the bag fell off the 2nd day not good

Coming from a family of 4th generation leather tanners/crafters I can honestly say that a properly tanned leather should NOT stain in the manner shown in the buyers photo. Also note, per the seller, the bag is made of Genuine Leather.

Nicely made. The strap is a combination of webbing and leather that should help it last. An all leather strap would have been nice, too.
