It was too small for what I needed and the inside area is pretty tight but otherwise it was a great looking bag!

I have had it for a couple of months now and I am impressed,; quality of the zippers and material is above par.

I examined all hardware, especially the zips cause there are several! All zips good but made better with lublricant. I have tried several substances but choose lip balm inna stick. Just a trace needed.

My wife purchase this bag for me in February 2021, and some of the teeth from the zipper fell off and now I cant close the bag and I need a new bag. I still cant believe you wont exchange my broken bag with a new one. Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income and needed this bag that my wife purchased it from Amazon from her Amazon account. It broke after just 5 months and you wont help me.
