I’ve owned my jack & Chris bag since October 2020. I love it so much! There’s plenty of storage compartments, the zippers are metal and are holding up wonderfully. & the leather is real & so far is still looking good. Very happy. Never seen anyone else with it either.

The bag was a little shinier than shown in the pictures, and the zippers were much brighter and showed more than shown. Otherwise, the bag looked to be just as described. I returned it for a smaller and a little less showier bag.

It does not fit a 10 inch tablet. I was quite disappointed that a return was necessary. Still shopping for the right size bag.

Just the right size. Seems very well made. Cant find any problems to report. Even the price is good.
