Once again, LEGO doesnt disappoint at our house. Even for those who arent fans of the movie can really enjoy the theme. While this build isnt extensive, there are lots of really fun specialty pieces, like the dog, diamonds, and of course the large dinosaur. The trailer does open, and the detail inside is a lot of fun (check picture.) Overall, weve enjoyed this both for building process and playability. I would say the 7+ age recommendation is generally accurate, though really experienced LEGO builders might be able to tackle it a little younger.

I love the Jurassic World movies and didnt even realize there was a cartoon until I read the page description a little closer. I was a little thrown off by the combination of things to build in this set, namely the treasure chest with jewels hidden under a palm tree. It was a pretty decent addition, but I just didnt understand how it fit with the Jurassic World story. Maybe its from the animated show? Anyways, the jeep vehicle is really detailed and fun to play with. It has a lot of adornment that really sets this jeep apart from other standard vehicles. The trailer, despite being small, is pretty detailed. And who doesnt love a super special set of dinosaur pieces (in this case, a Baryonyx)?! Unlike some Lego sets, this one really does have a whole lot of play to it based on the multiple components. Those with imagination will be able to play for hours after finishing the construction stage.

I bought this for my nephew and it was worth seeing the look on his face. He loves dinosaurs. and I love legos

I bought this for my six year old grandson who assembled it by himself and then he told me that he really liked it....hence the rating!
