I love all the different compartments. I love the look of it because it doesnt immediately look like a backpack, especially if you just set if you down with the straps facing the wall. I got it for work because I work on a university campus and the walk from my car is a long walk and of course I have my makeup bag in there, a book usually, my lunch, a water bottle. The inside compartments are great to hold water bottles. Ive walked in the rain once and nothing inside got wet but I might not recommend you use it in an utter downpour. Ive gotten a lot of compliments about the bag, its great!

This backpack has ample room. Great for commuting or school. The top opens up across the entire top so you can get plenty inside (and I have!); it has two large inside & outside pockets perfect for thermos or coffee mug. Also has a large sleeve perfect for your laptop or pad. The only negative is the outside design on the pocket flap. It’s not attractive. Would be better as a plain color.

The front button isnt securely snapped and easily opens. Dont keep anything important there, you could lose it or it could be easily stolen while you are wearing th back pack.

I didn’t include a photo cause it looks exactly like the photo. I’ve used it every day for almost two years with absolutely zipper breaking or anything. The water bottle pockets are a little small (fits bottled water sized containers but not much larger) but this is a genuine real product that works awesome! I love the pocket set up and get complements on it. The reflective surface is small but I think the water resistance works great (I live in upstate NY and have never had a problem). The volume on this thing is so expansive that when traveling with it I can fit SO MUCH stuff into it that it is almost too heavy to carry and yet no problems with the straps. The pack doesn’t have mesh, which I wanted cause mesh makes my shirts pill but make sure that’s what you’re used to

I love it. After three years taking this backpack to work every day, on trains and buses, carrying heavy paper piles and groceries, it only has some minor damages. I just bought the exact same one again.

Bought this bag about five months ago and been torn about writing a review. Love the design and the look: doctors bag style opening is great for packing and going through TSA; easily fits my laptop. The problem: after about two months of -- not even continuous use -- the straps began to separate/tear away at the top of the bag. I think at least one other reviewer had same problem. I was torn and thought about returning for a refund. Love the design so much and had several business trips scheduled so held onto it. My husband resewed the straps using an industrial machine BUT also told me this will likely be a temporary fix. So far, it seems to be holding together but really wish the company would upgrade the fabric & workmanship.

I bought this bag to pack in for a recent trip to Colorado to help my parents move. My plane ticket only allowed me one personal item, so I ditched my purse and packed in this bag. I wore my bulkier stuff (jacket, jeans, sneakers) and packed a pair of jean shorts, 2 tank tops, 2 sports bras, 5 T-shirts, hygiene products, gifts, some work papers, socks etc. I packed light but I was amazed at what I was able to fit in here. I was able to pack enough to get me through 2 travel days and a 3 day stay in Colorado (summer). Even packed full and a bit overstuffed it fit perfectly under the seat on the airplane. It was really nice not having to struggle with a purse and bags and honestly, I might just use this on all my short trips because it was so convenient. I could see this being used as a diaper bag, small duffel, work bag for a laptop and documents, hiking bag, and many other uses. It is comfortable enough to carry and held up well as I traveled.

I love everything about this bag! Its very functional. Waterproof too, I spilled water on it, did not soak through and dried quickly! I love how it stands when you sit it down, doesnt really fall over! Its also fashionable! Makes a great teacher gift!

I am very pleased with this purchase...got it to have a more grown-up style backpack, as I am a teacher that travels between three schools and takes lots of stairs! Things I especially love: two water bottle holders that keep large bottles secure; waterproof fabric (my water bottle leaked today, and yet water did not leak into the inner part of the bag!!); several pockets to keep items separated yet get easy access; space to hold a laptop; padded straps; classy look. Highly recommend!
