I felt the filters that came in this set are ok but the brushes are not the same as the original brushes you get from the Bissell company. Not as thick and some of the brush hair fell out.

For a year we were using these cheaper filters and rollers, The rollers I have not had much of an issue with, however the filters are horrible. If any water spray gets onto these filters, they immediately start restricting the airflow and reducing the suction power. After the filters dry out, they are still ruined even when they look clean and white. I would notice sometimes in a big room, I would go through 2 filters strictly due to the suction power reducing and the crosswave would leave a lot more residual liquid on the floor. We use the crosswave a lot, weekly, sometimes daily. The cheap filters would need to get replaced very soon after installing them. Sometimes days, other times minutes. After switching back to Bissel branded filters, we have close to full suction even after a month of use. The filter looks very dirty. The filters gets wet at times and continues to provide lots of airflow and suction. The price of the Bissel branded filters are worth every penny compared to the amount of cheap filters we were purchasing. Stick with Bissel filters. You will be much better off. Your crosswave will function 100 times better and will leave very little residual fluid on the floor, almost dry.

I’m not sure it’s authentic product. But it fits, it works. As described.

I use these regularly to replace the components of my Bissell Crosswave. I find the machine works a lot better when the filter and brush are replaced regularly and these are a great value. I will continue to buy them.

We ordered extra rolls for the Crosswave Pet Pro. I cant stand the machine but my husband likes it. The brushes just basically spin dirt back on your floors and I can see the wipe marks all over the floors. I dont really use the machine anymore or these brushes since they dont actually clean your floor.

I’ve used one of the brushes and one of the filters and have been using them for about 3 weeks (using the machine about 3 times a week) . They work like the Bissel ones for my crosswave pet pro, although we’ll see if these replacements last as long as the Bissel brand ones. I like the cleaning brush it comes with for the filters. The price is unbeatable
