Lennox X0445 MERV 10 Filter for PMAC-20C - 25 x 20 x 6 - Genuine Lennox Product

We have just moved into our new house a month ago, and the central air has been terrible. The basement is about the only place that is kept cool, and the bathrooms. It is sad we had to buy a window unit just to sleep at night without sweating to death. Anyways, I went on to file a claim with our home warranty provider and was made aware that a dirty furnace filter could be one of the potential issues. The filter was filthy, so we cleaned it up a bit, and decided we should change it. This is one of the cheapest ones we could find as far as what we needed and could also be delivered the quickest. Unfortunately, changing the filter did NOT solve our issue, but I am not going to give it a poor rating due to that, the filter does its job and I have no complaints it was definitely worth every penny.

This was cheap and much easier than searching the local brick and mortar stores for the right filter. It works just fine in my a/c unit.

Performed as expected.

The product itself is fine but the original box that it comes in is very flimsy and is broken and torn open.. It needs to be re-packaged in a secure hard cardboard box so it will not get damaged or wet. This is the second time that this has happened to me.

My local air conditioner repair company wants $70 for this and that doesnt include install. Dont be a sucker, Do It Yourself (DIY) or have a friend or family member help you install it.

The filter was just what I needed. Prompt shipment and delivery. Instructions on box explain how to install. First time took a half hour. The next will be much quicker.

Perfect fit. I change these once a year and they still are not very dirty.
