Screen is dull and not HD

I had an issue setting up my email on this new computer. There was no paper work that came with the computer. Called Lenovo several times asking for help. They said it sounded like a software issues and they only warranty hardware. I kept telling them this was a new computer just out of the box and you cannot help me? I was told to try calling different people all who wanted a $100 fee to help me. I actually think I got someone else returned computer since there was no paperwork with the computer. I could send out emails but it showed it was from an address I have never seen before. I did purchase Microsoft Office so I called them. They did get my email working thru Microsoft office. They did try setting up my email thru the computer software also and could not get it to work.

I thouth it was not S WINDOWS MODE, but it is . YOu will not be able to download in external apps. Good for work, homework and basics. I needed Windows 10.

Took a while to set up

bought a new Idea Pad. cant access email and was passed around 7 seven times and no support.

Suitable for School use, with decent battery life and processor. Storage and speed are not class leading however the touchscreen quality is good.

I had one of my kids use this laptop daily for 3 weeks and compared against a different brand which was on sale for around the price I paid for this one. The laptops were very similar, I like that this Lenovo has a manual camera privacy switch, but I could not get over the contrast. It has a high contrast and sometimes at certain angles its hard to see whats on screen. No matter how much we played with the contrast settings we could not get it to a good level. Its still usable but if you compare to another laptop close by its hard to settle on the screen contrast.

I use my computer for school. This is the best laptop I have ever used! Has everything I need and battery life is long lasting! Scared something was going to happen to it in the mail, but very well packed and handled!

Battery life is terrible, otherwise it’s a good laptop. Keyboard is very comfortable, arrived quickly and in good shape.

Every time you are ysing the tablet. you are on edge. the connection will drop in the middle of your work, caysing you to do over again or to just lose whatever you were working on
