so far I like most everything I have not figured out the touch screen part but I am sure that is my fault.

Mysteriously, the laptop will no longer turn on. I am now searching for some customer support, and have learned that the model we have is meant for sale in China only, so I am being directed to the Chinese Lenovo site. This is NOT promising.

Nothing to dislike. Just used to normal home use.

Have had nothing but problems with this laptop. Worst purchase of my life.

my only problem is it prohibits using different programs for things such as browsers or anti-spyware/virus. At least I havent figured out how to do it, so far. but otherwise, its a nice computer!

Setup for this laptop was a breeze and took all of five minutes to get going.

We purchased this laptop to replace a smaller Chromebook. Now that kids are e-Learning, it is important to have a little horsepower and a larger screen. This 15 laptop fit the bill with 4GB of RAM and an SSD. The AMD processor and integrated graphics work well and will play Fall Guys and Roblox just fine. Dont expect any real gaming performance, but it is a great value overall.

My mom loves it, outside of the finicky track pad but that is normal for most laptops now a days. The full size keyboard allows her to type good enough, and it plays her Facebook games that dont require flash (now obsolete). I like how it operates when I need to use it to do something for her... But I might be biased - Ive always loved IBM (now Lenovo) and one other popular brand. Lenovo also doesnt include a bunch of bloat ware either. Great computer overall
