I dunno if this was a mistake in the shipping or in the listing of the product, cause this is not 14 :( i ended up with a mini 13 laptop :/ i mean its okay but i wanted a 14, and now i cant do nothing cause i dont live in the US so i cant have a change or a refund without soending more money :// tha laptop itself is really good tho, so it makes this less painful haha

I purchased this computer so I could play some of the newer online games. Games like Blankos Block Party, Decentraland, and the Sandbox wouldnt work on my old Dell because of the outdated graphics. This computer provided a nice upgrade. My only complaint is this computer gets hot quickly. I purchased an external computer fan though and the computer stays cool.

Looks like Amazon is getting greedier after all these years. They sent me a garbage with a cpu that basically takes up 90% memory space on idle, for 400 bucks...fan cries like a swine and I prepared to be updating more vulgar when I get a replacement.

Love how compact and light it is. Great battery life and pictures are very clear. 10/10 recommend

Ive had this thing all of 2 days and it just repeatedly crashes. Now i have to go through the hassle of driving around, going and buying tape and waiting around for a refund during the return process. I cant even get my personal info off of it 1st. I used this laptop just a couple times a week, yet every week I had to charge this or it would die. I used only for a few hours a week, around 10 hours at most. even if it was on sleep or shut down, it would still drain. after calling amazon, they refuse to do anything, and when I called the company they hung up on me. in addition recently the cursor has been giving me problems to. Besides for the battery its pretty decent. its pretty smooth, and even with a bunch of tabs open it doesnt really slow down. the battery might have been defected but the customer service is not very much existent

I wasnt sure that I would like the smaller laptop having downsized from a 17 to a 14 but, I really like this Lenovo laptop with windows 11. Takes up less room and has the features and performance that suit my needs.
