What a horror show this printer is. Constantly losing the network. Drinks ink for fun. Constantly on the fritz, trips my circuit breaker, and now barely two years old and it stops working. Add in the outrageous price of toner and I heartily recommend you never buy a Lexmark product. Just trash.

This is an excellent printer. It is super fast, relatively quiet, and works with no issues. Wireless set up was super easy - you download an app and are in business in less than a minute. Color prints are not photo quality (at least on regular paper) but still look very good.

Worked okay for full size pages - for a while. Awful for anything put into the bottom feeder. Constantly says paper jam issue when there is not. Im going to use up the toner for full size sheets and place it in the trash. I took a chance and lost big time.

The install requires the disc and a phone app. It isnt too hard, however, I kept getting an annoying pop up window after every print job- SMPT not set up, contact system admin. It would repeat this at the beginning as well. Maddening because I could not find a way to shut it off and online support was useless. Three emails and two phone calls to tech support finally resolved the issue. In the end, it prints fast with a quick start up. Prints look good.

This is a very nice printer with a solid (and heavy) build. It is fast, duplexes, and prints in full color. It is designed for small offices, not printing out entire books, so keep that in mind. Also, the onboard color screen is small and doesnt have touch capability, which is annoying at this price point. Overall, a very nice unit.

I love the fact that this is a personal printer but it works with the speed and quality of a commercial printer.

Its a color laser printer at a great price -- keep this in mind. Overall a great printer. Issues: It pulls multiple blank sheets of paper when it prints. Linux drivers work, but windows drivers will give you a better quality print. Firmware update process is easy.

So far so good; meeting expectations; will send additional information as time goes by; especially if anything negative occurs; cartridge longevity, print becomes poorer, reliability problems, etc.

I received this product from VPN as a previous open product but verified by a technician. After three months of troubleshoot and being told by the vendor that I could not return it. I am left with a printer that still does not print correctly. This is after I have replaced both the developer and the imaging kit. The vendor is not on Lexmarks list so I am now left with a very bulky printer that I get to pay recycling on that I have never been able to print from. The biggest issue is that VPN told me to work with lexmark and if they couldnt fix it then I could return it. After contacting them I was referred to Amazons return policy. Even though my initial contact of the seller was during the return window. I am disappointed in Amazon, VPN and Lexmark .

I received this printer for review through Amazon Vine, and am very glad I did not pay for this. I am an expert on computers and setting up printers is typically easy. This is my first Lexmark printer to be utilized on my wireless network in my Mac environment, and after 3 hours of effort, I still cannot get the printer to print. I had very little problem getting the printer logged into my wireless network, but I cannot print from any of my computers. The CD that comes with the printer is for Windows only, no Mac software, so I went to Lexmarks website and found a firmware update, and figured out how to get that installed by putting the firmware on a USB thumb drive and inserting it into the slot. It updated, the printer restarted, and I thought I was in business. No luck. The Lexmark C2535dw shows up under my printer list, but it could not be added. I am using Mac OS Mojave 10.14. Lexmarks website lists no specific printer driver for Mac users for this printer, so I tried installing the only general printer driver available for the C2500 series. When setting up, it gives you the choices of Secure AirPrint, AirPrint, Autoselect, or other. I tried them all. Using secure AirPrint or AirPrint it says an error occurred trying to add the selected device. I selected other and used the general driver called C2500 series and that allowed the printer to be set up, but when I go to print, it sees the printer, says Printing-connected to printer, then goes to Ready to Print, then printing-Printer is idle and nothing happens. I give up. Lexmark support not open on weekends. I have already lost more money fooling around with this printer than what it costs. Makes more sense to throw it away and go back to another brand where set up takes a matter of minutes. I ALSO TRIED TO SET UP THE PRINTER USING A MAC WITH AN EARLIER OPERATING SYSTEM, BUT STILL THE SAME RESULTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER FOR MAC USERS. AS A MAC USER, I WILL NEVER GET A LEXMARK PRINTER AGAIN 4.2.19 Update: I have been in direct contact with two different Lexmark techies, one by phone and another who actually had control of my computer through LogMe In. After almost 4 hours total between them, neither could get the printer to print with either USB or wifi network. Could be a bad printer, so we will see how they handle it. Will they replace it? Update 4.15. I had my brother, who is a Windows user, come over and try to connect to this printer. It was very difficult, but finally he got it to connect. After he did that, suddenly, the printer started working wirelessly with my Macbook Pro on my network. Go figure, no one knows why. Update 6.20.19 Unit once again will not work via wifi. Lexmark cannot fix and will not offer replacement. I am using it directly connected via USB and set it up to be shared on my wifi network as a work around
