The cartridges arrived quickly, packaged well, had a phone number for satisfaction, the best I have ever received for service.

Its makes the best color on my pages. Ive been buying Lexmark products for a number of years. Wouldnt buy anything other than Lexmark!

Didnt work right out of the box. The printer complained about communication problems with that cartridge. Ive been having quality issues Lexmark ink cartridges more and more lately. Some will stop printing when the ink status shows > 25% left and others, like this one, just dont work to begin with.

These cartridges last longer than any of the generics Ive tried. Printer still uses too much ink, but that is not the fault of the cartridge.

This was a great buy! I saved money from going to a big store to get my ink. I can still return the cartridge to the big store for cartridge credit as long as it is within 180 days of my last ink purchase; I will be buying all my other ink online.

I agree with other reviewers--item might not be OEM but comes in OEM box.(??) Cartridge was leaking just a bit in the packaging but I installed it-printer recognized it and there are no communication errors and the ink level shows full. I like it because my printer likes it and the price was right!
