> 3 dayReplaced two TEN year old 27 viewsonic monitors with these LG monitors. RTX2080 graphics card instantly picked up G-SYNC and magically worked. Even though the monitors sit high for my taste, everything else about these monitors is excellent. Highly recommended. Colors pop out, HDR gaming is amazing, blacks are deep and not washed out like my old monitors.

> 3 dayFirst off, I’m always skeptical of getting a monitor or TV, and need to see the product myself IN PERSON before I purchase displays because I am a snob about the picture quality and color fluidity for not only PC games, but entertainment and work purposes. I bought this in the Amazon Prime Sale so I got a heck of a discount, almost 50% off. This is the newer model of these gaming monitors, so no need to look for the newest product (as of July 2021). Even if you buy this monitor at MSRP, you’re getting exactly what you pay for. I was surprised at the pixel and refresh rate quality the moment I plugged it into my 3090. Before I was using a curved gaming Samsung Odyssey monitor, great picture quality on that as well, but the difference is very clear. I think Samsung focuses more on hues of blue, where this monitor is focused on warmer colors like yellows, reds, and browns. White and black colors are optimized very well, which makes choosing brightness for your games much easier. No more upping the brightness because you can’t see. The HDR10 on this is some of the best quality HDR I’ve seen on a gaming monitor except for another high end Samsung Odyssey my brother owns. But keep in mind, the Samsung one ran him around $1100 and you can get just about the same quality on this LG monitor for ~$800 less. Be sure to change the refresh rate in your setting to get the maximum quality out of this monitor. The rest is up to you :)

> 3 dayAnother prime day grab. The provided display cord was too short for my set up but that’s not worth dropping a star for. I thought the screen was crooked for the longest time. Then I looked online: if your screen is off, lift it all the way up the arm, adjust it and then carefully lower it to comfortable eye height.

> 3 dayFinally bought an actual monitor for my desktop (I was using my TV before). WOW what a difference! This thing does everything I want- The high refresh rate is great but G-SYNC is amazing. Super buttery smooth gaming. Obviously I’m not getting the same deep dark blacks as I would with a fancy (and way more expensive) OLED but I’m more than happy with the picture quality. There’s all kinds of different settings to play around with and different profiles you can set up- tbh I won’t use those much- I have it set up the way I like and probably won’t change it. If I’m being super nit picky the base is a little chonky and a tad too SUPERULTRAGAMERRRRRZ style for me. I knew that going in though- and I gotta say: adjusting the position of the screen is almost effortless. Plus there’s this little notch in the “stem” to help hide the display cable. Would definitely recommend/buy again.

> 3 dayButtery smooth experience while playing video games, and no screen tearing. The only problem that came with my monitor is background bleed on the left corners of the monitor. It is not that noticeable, but it is annoying at times
